Founding Tester Prize Draw

1. Promoter

The promoter is Coppio Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 17327561, with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ (“we”, “us” or “Coppi”).

2. Eligibility

1. The draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who are accepted into the Coppi founding tester beta.
2. Employees, officers and contractors of Coppio Ltd, and members of their immediate households, may not enter.
3. Only one entry is permitted per person.

3. How to enter

1. Complete your assigned 30-day Coppi beta test and the three requested feedback check-ins by the closing time.
2. Choose to enter the draw when completing your final check-in inside the Coppi app.
3. There is no charge to enter beyond your ordinary cost of internet or email access.
4. Incomplete, automated, duplicate or otherwise ineligible entries will not be included.

4. Opening and closing dates

The draw opens at 00:00 UK time on 1 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 UK time on 30 November 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted. We will not extend the closing date except where circumstances outside our reasonable control make this unavoidable and doing so would be fair to entrants.

5. Prize

There is one prize: a £50 gift card for a UK pet retailer selected by Coppio Ltd. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available. We will not require the winner to pay a fee to receive it.

6. Winner selection

Within seven days after the closing date, one winner will be selected from all valid entries using a computer process that produces a verifiably random result. We will retain evidence of the selection process.

7. Notification and delivery

1. We will contact the winner using the email address associated with their beta participation within seven days of selection.
2. The winner must respond within 14 days. If they do not, or are found to be ineligible, we may withdraw the prize and select a replacement using the same random process.
3. We aim to deliver the prize within 30 days after the winner confirms the details needed for delivery.

8. Winner information

We will make the winner’s surname and county available to anyone who sends a reasonable request to hello@meetcoppi.com within three months after the closing date. The winner may object to some or all of this information being published or made available, although we must still provide information and evidence to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.

9. Data protection

We use entrants’ personal data only to administer the beta and prize draw, contact the winner, deliver the prize and meet our legal obligations. For more information, see the Coppi privacy policy.

10. General

1. We will run the draw fairly and in accordance with these terms. Our decision on eligibility and administration is final, but this does not affect your legal rights.
2. We may disqualify an entrant where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse or a breach of these terms.
3. If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our reasonable control, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
4. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Entrants retain any mandatory rights they have to bring proceedings in another UK jurisdiction.
